	How are Appointments Scheduled? Do I Stay with My Child During the Visit? What About Finances? Our Office Policy Regarding Dental Insurance Office Hours Our office hours are... Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. How are Appointments Scheduled? Our office attempts to schedule appointments at your convenience and when time is available. If possible, we try to schedule preschool children in the morning because they are fresher and we can work more slowly with them for their comfort. It is helpful to schedule school children receiving a lot of treatment to be seen in the morning as well, for the same reason as above. Since appointed times are reserved exclusively for each patient, we ask that you please notify our office 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time if you are unable to keep your appointment. Another patient who needs our care could be scheduled if we have sufficient time to notify them. We realize that unexpected things happen, but we ask for your assistance in this regard. Payment for professional services is due at the time dental treatment is provided. Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan which fits your timetable and budget, and gives your child the best possible care. We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, major credit cards, and Care Credit. Back to Top Our Office Policy Regarding Dental Insurance We offer 2 options to our patients with dental insurance. In either case you must provide us with current insurance information and a copy of your benefits on the day of your appointment. Patients may pay in full at time of service, we will then submit your insurance to reimburse you directly. A second option is to pay your "estimated" portion at time of service and leave debit or credit card information with our insurance specialist. She will adjust accordingly after insurance makes payment to us. This allows us to avoid sending statements and you to avoid being bothered with balances. We file all insurance electronically, so your insurance company will receive each claim within days of treatment. Back to Top
